At Ashmoon Silver, we take great pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our jewelry. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges, and here’s why:
Made-to-Order & Handmade
Most of our pieces are made to order and handcrafted specifically for you. This means each item is created individually, often requiring hours of careful work, and tailored based on your selection (such as size, style, or finish).
Hygiene & Safety
For hygiene reasons and the intimate nature of jewelry, we cannot resell returned items — especially fine jewelry — even if they are unused.
Authenticity & Material Value
We use high quality material in our designs. Once crafted and shipped, the value and authenticity of the piece are preserved for your personal use only. This makes reselling or restocking returns impractical and inconsistent with our quality standards.
Quality Assurance
Each item goes through a strict quality control process before it leaves our studio. If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery, and we’ll gladly help resolve the issue. For defective or damaged items, please contact us at customerservice@ashmoonsilver.com . Please allow three to four business days for a response.
Final Sale Policy
All purchases are considered final sale. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Order Modifications and Cancellations:
We Understand that circumstances may change which is why we offer a three days window for order modifications or cancellations. simply reach out to us at customerservice@ashmoonsilver.com with order number at the title of your email. If your order hasn't entered the fulfillment process, we'll accommodate your request without any hassle.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
